Quantex was founded by David McDonagh and Paul Watts. David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with further qualifications in Construction and a Masters in Construction Law, Arbitration, and Adjudication. Paul is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law.

Through the extensive onsite experience of its directors and staff in large civil engineering, infrastructure, and building projects throughout Ireland, Australia, and Europe, Quantex aims to utilise the benefits of this experience in the services they provide for its clients.
