Adjacent to the Oran Town Centre is Oran  Court. Containing 10 units, Oran Court offers a variety of services from financial and engineering to infant healthcare and educational psychology services.

The office units are a combination of local and national companies. Allied Irish Bank, DX Network Services, and Coillte Teoranta as well as Gerard Hanniffy Engineers and Oranmore Acupuncture Clinic are all present in Oran Court.

Also located on the floor are BabyScan Clinic and Yvonne Cunningham – educational psychology services. BabyScan Clinic provides pregnant mums a range of services including early pregnancy, gender, and 3D/4D scans as well as IVF follicle tracking. Yvonne Cunningham’s practice helps students to identify a particular learning style, assisting the student’s educational and psychological development.
